Important Notice for IRP Transactions: Effective September 1, 2026, all IRP transactions involving prorated Minnesota sales tax require both your Minnesota Tax ID number and a valid Motor Carrier Direct Pay (MCDP) authorization letter issued by the Minnesota Department of Revenue. This requirement also applies to owner‑operators using a carrier’s IRP account. If these documents cannot be provided at the time of processing, full Minnesota sales tax will be required.
